Ticket Purchase & Event Entry Disclaimer

1. General Agreement
By purchasing a ticket to, or entering, Saffa-Fest (the "Event"), you ("the Ticket Holder") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is legally binding between the Ticket Holder and the Event organisers, including their directors, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, sponsors, suppliers, and the Event venue (collectively referred to as "the Organisers").

2. Right of Admission Reserved
The Organisers reserve the absolute right to refuse entry to, or evict from the venue, any person who fails to comply with venue rules, exhibits disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behaviour, or who is deemed a safety risk to themselves or others. No refunds will be issued to individuals refused entry or evicted under these circumstances.

3. Age Restrictions and Supervision
Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied and directly supervised by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian at all times while at the Event. The Organisers accept no responsibility or liability for unsupervised minors.

4. Prohibited Items (Food and Drink)
Outside food, alcohol, and non-alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited inside the Event venue. Free drinking water will be available on-site, and a wide variety of food and beverage vendors will be operating inside the festival. Security personnel reserve the right to search bags upon entry and confiscate prohibited items.

5. Ticket Cancellation, Alteration, and Transfer
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, void, or revoke any ticket at their sole discretion if fraudulent activity, ticket scalping, or a breach of these terms is suspected. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as expressly stated in Section 6.

6. Event Cancellation, Postponement, and Refunds
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or relocate the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, public health mandates, or other force majeure events.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be permitted if the Event is entirely cancelled and not rescheduled.

  • Refund Exclusions: If a refund is issued under approved terms, it will cover the face value of the ticket only. The Organisers are not liable for, and will not refund, booking fees, transaction fees, travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other personal losses.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

  • Personal Injury and Loss: Entrance to the Event is at the Ticket Holder's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organisers, staff, suppliers, and the venue accept no liability for any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, or loss sustained before, during, or after the Event.

  • Indemnity: The Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organisers against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the Ticket Holder’s actions, negligence, or breach of these terms while attending the Event.
